Dr. K. Subba Rama Sarma is a highly accomplished academician and corporate trainer with over 23 years of experience in business management education. He holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management alongside MBAs in both Marketing and Human Resources. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and the Coordinator for Research & Publications at SSIM, he also serves as the Editor for the peer-reviewed in-house journal, Sugyaan.

Dr. Sarma’s teaching and research expertise spans critical domains, including Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Management, Statistics, and Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma. An avid researcher, he has published extensively in prestigious SCOPUS, ABDC and UGC-CARE indexed journals, exploring sustainable logistics, Humanitarian supply chain, green HRM, and organizational agility.

In addition to his academic contributions, Dr. Sarma is an impactful corporate trainer who has designed and delivered impactful training programs on Agile Decision-Making and Quality Management for industry leaders. Known for implementing innovative, technology-driven curriculum delivery and experiential assessment tools, he remains deeply committed to fostering long-term academic and professional success for his students.
