Siva Sivani strongly believes in motivating the students to become leaders by giving them ample opportunities to explore the talent within them. In order to provide such opportunities SSIM has designed various Extra Curricular Activities to enable the students to understand the importance of co-ordination, teamwork, group dynamics, oneness etc. To give a structure to these, SSIM has named these activities uniquely starting the first letter of every activity with an 'S' as in 'Siva Sivani'. The programmes are detailed below
OutboundTrainingforPGDMStudents
On 1st and 2nd August 2025, SSIM organized Outbound Training (OBT) for PGDM students. This training was organized to help the students learn practical lessons of Leadership, Coordination, and teamwork while accepting criticism and handling negative feedback effectively. Some of the training activities arranged for the students included Toxic Waste, Battle Field, Mountain Trekking, Mission Impossible, and Shepherd and Pen. This event was organized for two days and the students were divided into two batches.
