Dr. S.F. Chandra Sekhar

Dr. S.F. Chandra Sekhar is Professor of HR and Strategy at Siva Sivani Institute of Management with 37 years of combined corporate and academic experience. He previously worked in hospitals and conducted research in hospital management. His PhD focused on work systems interdependence and quality of work experiences in large hospitals. A first-class triple postgraduate, he holds MSW, M.Div., and MBA degrees. His academic interests include services management, HR and OB, healthcare systems, HR research, data analytics, performance management, high-performance work systems, and workplace spirituality.

Under his guidance, 29 PhDs and one M.Phil. have been awarded. He has authored 19 books, including Transforming Rural Lives, Teens of Tomorrow, Mastering Research Methodology, NextGen Entrepreneurship, and Cases in HRM. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers and submitted seven project reports to the Government of India and three to corporate bodies. He has also presented 40+ papers at national and international seminars and served as a resource person for FDPs and MDPs in India and abroad. For the past 15 years, he has actively shared lectures online through podcasts.
