He holds Master’s Degree in Industrial Relation in Personnel Management, LLB, Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Strategy from IIT, Bombay. A self-motivated academic Professional, management trainer, researcher, consultant and administrator with over 32 years of experience. His interest in handling subject’s Organizational behavior, Human resources management, Organizational Change and Organizational Development, Labour Codes of India, Employee Relations, HR Analytics, Performance Management, Strategic management, Workforce and Talent Analytics, Innovation Management. Conducted Training and Development programs in the area of OB, OC&OD, HRM, SM, Leadership etc around 80 companies in both Public Sector and Private sector. Published 63 research articles and 17 case studies in National and International repute journals. Supervised 2 Ph. Ds and one M.Phil. 6 patent publications Two Edited books and Two textbooks are published.
