Dr. Kameswari Jada
Dr. Kameswari Jada is an accomplished academician and analytics practitioner serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Decisional Sciences, where she channels over 19 years of cross-domain expertise into research-driven teaching. Her scholarship spans 12 rigorous publications in ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals, and she has presented her research at some of India's most prestigious platforms — IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Bangalore, and NIT Calicut.
Dr. Jada holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the Swiss School of Business and Management(SSBM), Geneva, and is a Certified HR Analyst from IIM Rohtak. She is presently advancing her expertise in Agentic AI at IIT Guwahati. Her eight years as a Technical Analyst at ICICI Bank, combined with more than ten years in academia, give her a rare dual fluency in both the boardroom and the classroom.
Her technical expertise spans Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, complemented by strong proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. Driven by a singular mission to translate real-world industry practice into meaningful academic learning, she is deeply committed to fostering research excellence and nurturing the next generation of analytical thinkers.
