Biography

He holds Ph.D. in Strategic Human Resources Management. He holds master’s degree in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management, LLB and Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Strategy from IIT-Mumbai.

A self-motivated academic professional, management trainer, consultant and administrator with over 28 years of experience in Organizational behavior and development, Human resources management, Change management, Strategic management & business policy, Strategy formulation and Implementation for Engineers.

MDPs conducted as organizer and resource person in the area of SM, OB, OC, OD, HRM and Innovation Management in organizations like MOI Ltd, KEC International, NFCL, Western Coal Field Limited, Tata Motors, Ordinance Factory, DRDO, Indorama, Philips Ltd, Pix Transmission, various NTPCs units, BHELs Units, NFCL, Hetero Pharma, Aparna Constructions, GGK, etc. and many more private and public sector companies.

Consultant services provided as team member to NIRD,NTPC and NHRD. Session chair in National conferences and acted as Director for Executive Post Graduate Certificate courses offered by SSIM and Chairperson for Centre for International Studies.
He has published 23 articles in the National journal, International journals and 20 articles presented in National and International conferences and 10 case studies published in national journals.
Supervised two Doctorates and one M.Phil. from Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

  3. SSIM, Secunderabad, GITAM Business School, Hyderabad and Strategic Management Forum jointly organized one-day workshop on the occasion of 25th year of strategic management forum foundation day on 21st January 2022.
