Biography
Dr.P.Gowri Kusuma is having 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a Doctoral degree in the area Human Resource Management from Krishna University. Holds Master’s degree in Business Administration and Commerce. UGC NET and AP SET qualified. Successfully completed Women Startup Programme (2018), NSRCEL – IIM Bangalore.
She has 15 years of academic experience in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Won five Best paper awards and remained topper at programs organized by IIM Bangalore and IIT Bombay
She was a Resource person for FPO workshops, REDC workshops and FDPs at MGNCRE.
Guest Faculty at Regional Directorate Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Telangana State. Hyderabad – (Government of India, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Hyderabad)
Delivered lectures at ‘ni-MSME’ – An organization of the Ministry of MSME, Yousufguda, for Entrepreneurship Development course for the subjects Marketing and Research
